Data Quality Certification Program

The goal of the Data Quality Certification (DQC) Program is to support school staff in building a culture of data quality, independent of the statewide longitudinal data system component utilized. This will enable all stakeholders to use data for improving student achievement at the school, district, and state levels.

Certification will be available in three strands:

Data Coordination – a comprehensive look at data quality from collection and reporting to validation
Data Entry – a focused look at data quality, concentrating on the importance of accurate data
Program Staff – a focused look at data quality, concentrating on the impact of data on school programs
