Spring Regional Liaison Meetings are open to everyone to attend.
Hear federal, state and regional updates on McKinney-Vento Homeless Act, Migrant Education and Keeping Maine’s Children Connected, learn about important regional and statewide resources and network with regional staff from schools, agencies and facilities.

The Initial Liaison training is free all day training and open to everyone to attend.
The focus of the training is a basic overview of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, Keeping Maine’s Children Connected, Migrant Education, Resources and strategies on creating educational stability, and responsibilities of state agencies and much more
This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about these topics.
If you have already attended it is also a good opportunity to send another representative from your district or agency to learn about the policies and strategies.
Please note that some of the meetings will be held in new locations in the fall.
