Maine Residents Property Tax and Rent Refund "Circuit Breaker" Program

Eligible Maine residents can receive a partial refund of property taxes and/or rent paid on their primary residence.

Application & Instructions for refunds of property tax assessed and rent paid during 2007. The application period is August 1, 2008 through June 1, 2009. (Note: The program to apply for refunds of property tax assessed and/or rent paid during 2008 begins August 1, 2009)
