How To File A Personnel Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint about the actions of an employee of the Maine Department of Agriculture, Food & Rural Resources please contact: Debra Phillips, Personnel Officer for the Department of Agriculture, Food & Rural Resources. Written complaints should be mailed to #155 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333. If you would like to make a telephone complaint, contact Debra Phillips at (207) 287-4925. You may also e-mail complaints to Amanda.dority@maine.gov Your complaint will be formally acknowledged in writing and investigated. You may be contacted to provide additional information about your complaint. You will be notified if the investigation of your complaint is going to exceed 30 days. When the investigation is complete you will be notified of the completion within the limits of confidentiality laws.
