Plants must be healthy and free of insects and diseases. State regulations related to specific plant species and plant pests are listed below. If you would like information on shipping plants internationally contact Horticulture, 207-287-3891.
Some states have created invasive plant lists, banning the sale of certain plants. The major ornamental crops have been included on this list, but not all banned plants appear here. More Information on Banned Invasive Plants in New England
To the best of our knowledge this list was accurate at the time of posting, however regulations can change. If you would like more information on a particular state's regulations visit the National Plant Board website or contact that state directly.
