certification and licensing

goggles defined

ANSWER: EPA defines "protective eyewear" as goggles, face-shield, safety glasses or a full-face respirator. Safety glasses must have front, brow and temple protection. If the label specifies "protective eyewear" or "goggles," then the standard safety glasses should have front, brow and temple protection.

Regular sunglasses or safety glasses without the brow and temple protection would not be considered suitable protective eyewear.
