Greenhouse IPM TAg Team Workshops

Workshop Participants Inspect PlantsIn spring 2008 a group of greenhouse growers teamed up to hone Integrated Pest Management skills in a series of hands-on workshops organized by the Maine Department of Agriculture's Horticulture program.

These workshops were free and open to all. Each workshop was 1 1/2 hours long and approved for 1 pesticide recertification credit. The group met at and toured a different greenhouse each week and discussed different aspects of IPM. Greenhouses visited and topics covered are listed below.
