Some employees may have received a PRISM notification with the subject line “Change Benefits for Life Event - Submitted On Your Behalf” indicating that their life insurance enrollment life event was approved. This notification was sent in error as a result of PRISM data cleanup. No action is needed from employees who received this notification, and there is no need to make any changes to your life insurance enrollment.
