LEASING OFFICE SPACE

As requested by the

Department of the Secretary of State

The State of Maine (State), Department of Administrative & Financial Services (DAFS) as requested by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), issues this Request for Information for the purpose of having the vendor prepare a written response and oral presentation for the State of MAINE to lease space and relocate the BMV facility in Calais and relocate the facility in South Portland. The information gained from this exercise will help the State define its understanding of the availability of space that is appropriate for accommodating a full service office.

All written responses received will be reviewed and those considered to best fit operational needs will be contacted for further discussion and consideration.
