This bulletin clarifies and updates the Workers' Compensation
Return-to-Work Program and provides procedures and requirements for the
administration of the program.
The Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Program was created in 1994 and is mandatory throughout the Executive Branch.
An explanation of the purpose, intent of the Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Program and the procedures and requirements for the administration of the program are attached.
The Bureau of Human Resources, Employee Health & Benefits - Workers' Compensation Unit, will provide special training sessions and general guidance for supervisors, members of Return-to-Work Teams and other departmental employees who are involved with the implementation and administration of the Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Program.
Please direct questions concerning the Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Program to the Bureau of Human Resources, Workers' Compensation Division.
