VISION STATEMENT
The human resources required to operate State Government are vital to its operation
and require significant expenditure of resources. The Bureau designs and administers human
resource programs, services and benefits to recruit and retain the best talent, managed
within available resources.

The Bureau informs and educates state employees, managers, and supervisors at all
