ConnectME Authority Broadband Mapping and Inventory Project

On July 24, 2009, the Authority awarded the Broadband Mapping and Inventory Project bid to the James W. Sewall Company, based in Old Town, Maine. This is a project to create the first comprehensive geographic inventory of high-speed Internet services statewide for use in identifying unserved and underserved areas and in planning expansion throughout the State.

The Authority submitted an application to the NTIA for a grant from the State Broadband Data and Development Program on August 13, 2009. Project Abstract and Program Narrative submitted with the application.
