ConnectME Authority Grant Program - Funds for Broadband Infrastructure Projects

The ConnectME Authority provides grant funds for "last mile" infrastructure projects to provide high-speed internet service to customers in unserved areas of Maine. Expanding the availability of broadband is explained in the ConnectME Authority Final Adopted Rule, Chapter 101. Section 6(D) of the rule describes the application and evaluation process.

Can't find service in your area?

Have you visited the Broadband Availability Maps website? This site will list the internet servicer providers closest to your address location. It is important to contact the local provider as they will be able to inform you of any additions to internet service into your area.  The internet service providers work closely with ConnectME when applying for grants in their service territories.
