Thank you for your interest in the rulemaking work of the Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP). Public input is critical as OCP develops its regulations for Maine’s medical and adult use cannabis programs.
The Office is currently accepting comments on Chapter 5 of its administrative regulations for the Adult Use Cannabis Program (AUCP). The “Rulemaking Public Comment Form" provides designated space for comments on each section and subsection of the proposed rule.
For example, to comment on Rules for the Certification of Cannabis Testing Facilities, 18-691 C.M.R., Chapter 5, §1(1), please provide comments in the appropriate form field entitled, "Chapter 5, Section 1(1) – Cannabis Testing Facility Certification Program Established: Statutory Authority" and be specific as possible.

OCP is also holding an in-person public hearing on July 2nd to supplement the written process.
