CO2 Budget Trading Program

CO2 Budget Sources are regulated under Chapter 156 of the Department's Regulations. CO2 Budget Sources must designate a CO2 authorized account representative by completing and submitting an Account Certificate of Representation form.

The CO2 authorized account representative for each CO2 Budget Source must complete and submit a CO2 Budget Source License Application.
