Water Quality Management Planning Grants ("604b"). American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Grants to carry out water quality management planning and/or assessment needed to plan for restoring urban impaired streams designated under Ch. 502 of the Maine Stormwater Management Rules.
