Maps - Printing
Concepts:

At last! Your map is
all set up the way you
want it, you're ready to print. This is the easy part. Just
click on either the 'Print' tool
or go to the 'File' menu and choose 'Print'. You will see this
dialog (which you are probably very familiar with from other Windows
programs):

For the most part, just leave
everything alone and click 'OK' to
print. It is best NOT to change the 'Printer Engine' or 'Output
Image Quality' unless you are an advanced user and know what you are
doing. You can create multiple copies if you wish.
Note that if you print in the data view, you will
get a printout of only the data view, based on the screen size.
You need to be in the layout view to
actually print out the complete map.
