Maine Yankee Decommissioning - State Permits

Almost all of the permits issued to Maine Yankee by the Department of Environmental Protection have been closed, retired or expired over time.

Land Resource Permits

The one remaining permit is Approval for Construction of Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation was approved and is still in effect - July 6, 2000.
