Description of Services: Bridges of Maine provides support services to both children and adults with developmental disabilities. We serve individuals in York, Cumberland, Oxford, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Somerset, Sagadahoc & Franklin counties from our offices in Gray and South Berwick. We offer day habilitation, in-home & community supports, and personal support waiver residential services.
