Description of Services:
The Community Counseling Center's Case Management Program offers individualized services in the greater Cumberland County area designed to address the unique challenges that a MR, PDD or Autism diagnosis presents. Case management services focus on identifying individual and family strengths and needs and seeks to explore and develop strategies that encourage positive growth, self fulfillment and self satisfaction.
At the heart of our program is the desire to provide individuals and their family's with the support and information they need to successfully navigate the challenges of everyday living as well as plan for the future.
