Description of Services:   The Charlotte White Center (CWC) is a nonprofit agency providing a variety of services in the following counties: Franklin, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Somerset, Waldo and Washington Counties.  CWC offers services that contribute to the community's prosperity and quality of life.  People who are supported by CWC are recognized as valuable contributors to their community.  CWC's services are all inclusive, integrated and sensitive to cultural diversity.  CWC's services are driven by research and best practices which reflect dignity and respect for ALL people.
