Description of Services: Community Support Program designed to serve adults (18 & older) diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities. Participants of program are provided opportunities to improve personal development, physical activity for wellness, inclusion in community, and assistance to remain independent in community.
We offer flexible hours of service and transportation to and from all acticities.
