Pine Tree Society's Case Management Service provides comprehensive case management to adults, age 18 years and older, eligible for services through the Bureau of Developmental Services residing in Cumberland or York county.

At Pine Tree Society we work with you and your team to design a pereson centered plan. This plan of care directs the activities surrounding referral to and coodination with provider agencies, community supports and steps to achieve individul goals.
