Description of Services:
PSL Services has been serving adults with disabilities since 1989. PSL offers a wide array of services including supported living programs, day services, deaf services, mental health services, a drop-in center, and Community Case Management, our newest program.

Our mission is to assist adults with intellectual and emotional disabilities in utilizing resources within their community so they can claim their independence and participate as viable members of the community. As part of this mission, PSL Services actively assesses client needs, develops specific care plans and person centered plans, verifies that services are meeting individual needs, facilitates client access to community resources, assists clients to develop natural resources and make contact with social support networks, assists clients in developing goals and areas of need, and assists in developing treatment plans which are assessed regularly. PSL Services offers multiple programs, with dedicated personnel who provide valuable services to individuals with developmental disabilities. PSL Services is currently providing Community Case Management to adults ages 18 and up, who have been diagnosed with mental retardation, and have Mainecare. We are currently serving the greater Portland area and is now accepting referrals in all of Cumberland County and York County.
