Description of Services: Treats Falls House is a private, non-profit agency that operates an ICF/MR -Nursing home. This home supports between 15-17 adults with intellectual disabilities with 24 hour awake nursing and DSP/CNA staff. The phsyical layout is set up so there are three separate housing units with up to 6 people each. Staff to consumer ratio ranges from 1-to-1 up to 1-to-3 depending on the needs of the individuals. TFH provides active treatment, nursing services, and positive behavioral supports. We can support people on a permanent, temporary, or respite capacity.
