Step: Select Notes from the Authorization SHOW Menu drop-down list.
User Prompt: Select Notes from the Authorization SHOW Menu.

Step: Click ADD button "Hot Area" ADD button
User Prompt: Click the ADD button.

Step 1: Type FS/65M/Care and Comfort in the TITLE field.
Step 2: Type 06/30/2005 in the END DATE field.
Step 3: Click Organization SELECT button "Hot Area" Organization SELECT button
User Prompt: Type FS/65M/Care and Comfort in the TITLE field, type 06/30/2005 in the END DATE field, and click the Organization SELECT button. NOTE: 'FS' stands for Fully Served and 'PS' would stand for Partially Served (if that was the case).

Step 3: Click SAVE button "Hot Area" SAVE button
User Prompt: Select FULLY SERVED from the STATUS LEVEL drop-down list, select ALL HOURS LISTED ON TREATMENT PLAN ARE BEING RECEIVED from the INITIAL AUTH/FULLY SERVED drop-down list, and click the SAVE button.
