Scenario: In this section of the lesson, you are taking the authorization that you just created and adding more details to it.

Step: Click SECOND authorization underlined ID "Hot Area" SECOND authorization underlined ID
User Prompt: Click the SECOND authorization's underlined ID.
Screen Name: #2: Authorization General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click Authorized By SELECT button "Hot Area" Authorized By SELECT button
User Prompt: Assign a person to be the authorizer (this will most likely be a Beacon staff person - aka the CBHS Clinical Advisor).

Step: Click ORGANIZATION SELECT button Hyperlink ORGANIZATION SELECT button
User Prompt: Select the organization for the person.

Step 1: Select STATE OF MAINE from the ORGANIZATION TYPE drop-down list.
Step 2: Type bds in the QUICK FIND field.

User Prompt: Normally, this will be where you would select Beacon. But for our example, we are selecting BDS. Find 'bds'.

Step 1: Type tond in the LAST NAME QUICK FIND field.
Step 2: Click GO button Hyperlink GO button
User Prompt: Search for a person who's last name contains tond.

Step 1: Select TONDREAU, JEANNE M (ID: 149006) from the PEOPLE LIST list box.
Step 2: Click OK button Hyperlink OK button
User Prompt: Select TONDREAU, JEANNE M (ID: 149006) as the authorizer.
Screen Name: #17: Authorization General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step 1: Type 09/30/2005 in the END DATE field.
Step 2: Type 06/30/2005 in the AUTHORIZED DATE field.
Step 3: Click SAVE button "Hot Area" SAVE button
User Prompt: Show the three month length of services that ends on 09/30/2005 and began on 06/30/2005. And save your changes.
