Step 3: Click SAVE button "Hot Area" SAVE button
User Prompt: The note is documenting a WAITING Status, and the wait in central enrollment reason is CENTRAL ENROLLMENT INITIATED. Once done, save your changes.

User Prompt: The completed date is 06/01/2005 (today) and the time is 04:00 PM. Save your changes.
