Simulation Name: Reading Plan Information
Simulation Mode: Test me

Scenario: In this lesson you be tested on how to read plan information in EIS. Keep in mind, plans have slight differences depending on what service population you work in and what type of plan you are viewing.

Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click PLANNING in the EIS Menu "Hot Area" PLANNING in the EIS Menu
User Prompt: You have already anchored on your person. View their plans.
Screen Name: #2: Plan List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click underlined plan ID "Hot Area" underlined plan ID
User Prompt: View details for the 'MM Crisis Plan'.
Screen Name: #3: Plan - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click expand "Hot Area" expand
User Prompt: This is the plan level page. Notice the new section on the left-hand side of the page. This is called the 'plan tree' and works much like Windows Explorer with its subfolders. Expand the 'Harm Self Concern' folder.

Step: Click expand "Hot Area" expand
User Prompt: Let's now expand the new subfolder that appeared (Harm Self Goal).

Step: Click action folder "Hot Area" action folder
User Prompt: Now we can see an "Action Level" folder in the plan (Harm Self Action). View details for the action.

Step: Click plan level folder "Hot Area" plan level folder
User Prompt: We now want to view the details for the plan (top) level again.
Screen Name: #7: Plan - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Select Progress Notes from the SHOW menu drop-down list.
User Prompt: See if there are any notes attached to the plan.
Screen Name: #8: Notes List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click underlined note TITLE "Hot Area" underlined note TITLE
User Prompt: View the note's details.
Screen Name: #9: Notes General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click PLAN DETAILS in the EIS Header "Hot Area" PLAN DETAILS in the EIS Header
User Prompt: View the note details. Go back to the plan.
Screen Name: #10: Plan - Microsoft Internet Explorer
