Simulation Name: Reading Client Tracking Information
Simulation Mode: Test me
Scenario: The client tracking component in EIS is used to track physical movements of a client, for example if a client moves from Region I to Region III. Client tracking is also used to track referrals for a client, for example if a client is referred to get dental services. In this lesson, you will be tested on how to read information for a client tracking item in EIS.
Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click CLIENT TRACKING in the EIS Menu "Hot Area"  |

Step: Click underlined Client Tracking Record ID "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: View the details for the second client tracking record. |

| Step: Select Notes from the SHOW Menu drop-down list. |
| User Prompt: View the details for the client tracking record. See if there are any notes attached to it. |
