Simulation Name: Reading Notes
Simulation Mode: Show me
Scenario: In this lesson, you will be shown how to read notes for a person.
Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click Notes in the EIS Menu "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You have already anchored your person. You now want to view their notes. To do this, click NOTES in the EIS Menu. |

Screen Name: #2: Notes List - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click underlined TITLE "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: To view note details, click the underlined TITLE for the note. |

Screen Name: #3: Notes General - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click underlined SOURCE "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: All notes have TITLES, TYPES, START and END DATES, ORIGINATORS, DOMAINS, and DESCRIPTIONS. Depending on the type of note you are viewing, you may have more fields for your actual note. Also, your note may attach to another item in EIS. If it does, it will be listed as a SOURCE. Click the underlined SOURCE to view the item that this note is attached to. |

Step: Click NOTES LIST in the EIS Header "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: Go back to the Notes List by clicking NOTES LIST in the EIS Header. |

Step: Click GO in the SOURCE column "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You may also view items attached to a note without actually viewing the note. To do this, click on GO in the SOURCE column. |

Step: Click CLOSE "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: Click CLOSE to go back to the Notes List page. |
