Simulation Name: Reading Notes
Simulation Mode: Test me

Scenario: In this lesson, you will be tested on how to read notes for a person.

Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click Notes in the EIS Menu "Hot Area" Notes in the EIS Menu
User Prompt: You have already anchored your person. You now want to view their notes.
Screen Name: #2: Notes List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click underlined TITLE "Hot Area" underlined TITLE
User Prompt: View the first note's details.
Screen Name: #3: Notes General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click underlined SOURCE "Hot Area" underlined SOURCE
User Prompt: All notes have TITLES, TYPES, START and END DATES, ORIGINATORS, DOMAINS, and DESCRIPTIONS. Depending on the type of note you are viewing, you may have more fields for your actual note. Also, your note may attach to another item in EIS. If it does, it will be listed as a SOURCE. View the item that this note is attached to.
Screen Name: #4: Authorization General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click NOTES LIST in the EIS Header "Hot Area" NOTES LIST in the EIS Header
User Prompt: Go back to the Notes List.
Screen Name: #5: Notes List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click GO in the SOURCE column "Hot Area" GO in the SOURCE column
User Prompt: View the item attached to the first note without actually viewing the note.
Screen Name: #6: Authorization General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click CLOSE "Hot Area" CLOSE
User Prompt: Go back to the Notes List page.
Screen Name: #7: Notes List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Summary: You have now been tested on how to read a note for a person.
