Simulation Name: Reading Reportable Event Information
Simulation Mode: Test me
Scenario: Reportable events are also known as critical incidents and include items like a client being in restraints, harming oneself or another person, or having a grievance with a staff person. In this lesson, you will be tested on how to view reportable event information.
Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click REPORTABLE EVENTS in the EIS Menu "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You have already anchored your person. View their reportable events. |

Step: Click underlined reportable event NAME "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: View details for the first reportable event. |

| User Prompt: An important part of this page is actually at the bottom, where the EVENT CATEGORY of reportable event(s) is selected. Use the scroll bar to scroll down to view those selections. |

| User Prompt: Now that we can see which types of events are included in this reportable event (bottom right corner - the SELECTED CATEGORIES include assault, illness or injury, lost/missing, restraint, and self-injurious behavior) we can use the scroll bar to scroll back up to continue. |
