Children With Special Health Needs Program (CSHN)

As of March 1, 2008 the Children with Special Health Needs (CSHN) Program has capped Program enrollment and will no longer be accepting applications for payment of services. This policy was adopted due to budgetary constraint and will remain in effect until further notice.

 

CSHN's Mission
To improve the health and well-being of children with special health needs, to work with parents as partners regarding their child's individual health needs, and to develop community-based systems of care for children that provides them the best possible opportunity to grow and develop into adulthood.

 

What we do
CSHN is a program that helps pay for medical care provided by specialists to eligible families, and offers assistance with coordination of care for infants, children and adolescents with special health needs.
