Attention Providers and Interested Parties:
The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Licensing and
Regulatory Services (DLRS), announces the adoption of the CNA Registry rule
10-144 CMR Chapter 128, Rules Governing the Maine Registry of Certified
Nursing Assistants (repealed and replaced) effective August 1, 2009. Copies
of the rule, notice of adoption and letter to interested parties can be found
on our website: http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/dlrs/rulemaking/adopted/home.html
