Instructors, We have had several incidents of students taking there
medication passes to their supervisors and then the supervisors are
forgetting to forward to the instructor. Please inform students that the
curriculum is designed for the student to take responsibility to get the
medication passes back to the instructor by the time specified by the
instructor. The facility supervisor has no reason to be involved in
this, if they are and med passes do not get forwarded, the student has
no way of knowing. The delay from lost paperwork unfortunately falls on
the student not getting a certificate.
