Medical Facilities Unit
Public Law 2009, Chapter 350, was enacted and became effective in September 2009. This law requires the department to post the Federal Internal Revenue Service Form 990 and all related disclosable schedules for each hospital licensed in the state and filed with the department as required in 22 M.R.S.A.§ 1819-A.
