Maine Medical use of Marijuana

The Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services, manages the Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Program. The rules listed below became effective August 4, 2010.The 125th Legislature implemented many changes that will impact this program.
