Emergency Swimming Pool Rules. Due to the overwhelming comments received on
the amended emergency swimming pool rules for day care programs, revised emergency rules
are adopted, effective, August 14, 2007.
- July 9, 2007 at 6 pm there will be a 2nd Public
Hearing on Swimming Pool Rules.

Due to the overwhelming comments received on the emergency swimming pool rules for day care
programs, revised emergency rules are adopted, effective June 20, 2007.
