2009 ARRA/DWSRF Project Status

The Maine CDC Drinking Water Program reports the following for the week of September 7:

  • A total of $35 million has been committed for 46 projects that are under construction. Fourteen of these projects have reached at least 90% completion.
  • The remaining seven projects are in the pre-bid or bidding phase totaling $4 million. 

Please note that the $19.5 million in ARRA/Stimulus money has been blended with DWSRF funds to provide more than $40 Million in funding support for drinking water infrastructure projects. Through September 11, the Maine CDC Drinking Water Program has disbursed $6.1 million of the $35 million that has been committed in DWSRF loans.
