Referrals

Where can I find information on day care? Does my toddler have all her shots? How can I tell if my child has a disability? We've compiled a list of helpful resources for Maine families, and your local WIC office can also help.

Am I eligible?

Although we do have income guidelines for our supplemental food assistance, you might be surprised who qualifies. A family of four can earn more than $40,000 a year.

Mom, dad or foster parent, come join our WIC family. It is easy to apply, and we can help you find a convenient local office near your home or your work.
