I just want to restate that when the Clinical is being done there may be
pieces that the new CRMA may not be able to do, for one reason or another.
It has been mentioned several times that N/A is appropriate to put in that
box. They will get that clinicl experience when they orient to their
facilities. Some items are: insulin, transcribbing orders, etc.

The clinical RN does not need to invent areas to check all boxes on that
clinical sheet.

Also, that brings me to an additional point with the clinical sheets. Some
of them are still arriving without a validation sheet and to let you know
that they will sit upon the desk until such time as either the provider or
student starts calling.
