Hello everyone,

Forgive me if this is a "stupid question" but...
is anyone in the practice of placing the precautionary pharmacy sticker that says
"directions changed, refer to chart" OVER the original directions on the pharmacy label?

I am torn between "do not alter the pharmacy label" and the pharmacy saying that this practice helps reduce errors by covering the old directions. I think the local pharmacy is trying to avoid re-labeling bingo cards.
