If your Recert class includes both Recert and Bridge students:
If you have a mixed class, please send a notification for both Recert
and Bridge as separate classes on same date, although you are training
in the same day. This is a database issue for the clerks.
Recert-Packet one, has validation, student information, evaluation,
signed mock med pass sheets, and copy of last certificate.
Bridge-Packet two, has validation, student information, evaluation,
signed mock med pass sheets, copy of last certificate, and accompanying
3 medication passes by an RN if old certificate indicates 6 passes or 3
passes. If you are waiting for individual students, it may be wise to
send each Bridge student Validation and paperwork with passes are
completed as this holds up all other students in the class.
