I add up all the questions and all the parts of the documentation (such as date, room number, each order and each order change) and then divide into 100 and it comes out to around 1.4 points for each item. If someone gets just one part of an order wrong (such as leaves out the route of administration) I give half credit.

This is to anyone who can lend me a hand. I am new to this whole teaching thing, I love it but I need to info. I have done two classes now, and have graded the test but have no idea what would be a good way to grade the documentation for the MAR part of the test can anyone help me? Thank for you help!
