Go to http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/beas <http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/beas>
look on the right side of the screen for Online Services
scroll down to mailing list sign up and click
next screen enter old e-mail address
click on unsubcribe
scroll down and click on PSS List button
click on submit
go back to top of page
enter new address
click on subscribe
scroll down and click on PSS List button
click on submit
Your address will be updated.
