Hi Instructors,
If students have not passed the classroom training, please do not include
the student information forms. If they are repeating a class or an exam send
in the student information for later with the validation form so that all
pieces come in together. Otherwise there is a risk that certificates will be
issued as if the student had completed all the requirements. Also, if you
are waiting for funds from the student, please do not include the student
information form, send it in later with a validation form when you have
received your funds. Thanks.
