You are correct. 64.8 mg. to the gr. However, for practical purposes, the literature tells you to use 60 or 65 mg for calculation purposes and ease of the calculations.

There are a few other problems with the exams for the re-certification.
1. On exam 3, the answer key is incorrect starting with #14.
2. On all of the exams, the measurement conversion question asks what 60 or 65 grains equal. The test gives the answer as
"1 mgm" however, 1 gr = 64.8mg. I will be changing this on my exams.
