beas-crma another fix

Thanks to a few instructors, we have made a change in the exams in the
matching section around mg/gr

For the record, I don't think that any of the information in this re-cert is
useless information. We have had two deaths in Assisted Housing facilities
within the past 2 years directly contributed to medication administration
and dealing with wrong doses coming from the pharmacy and improper
medication administration techniques and if those folks could have read the
conversions, and practiced proper administration techniques, those persons
would not have died. We see, through our survey process, many many errors
made by CRMAs that have caused medication errors to go undetected for
weeks. The information in that re-cert is not useless.

I always appreciated positive feedback, but certainly not the negative. The
students doing the pilot did not think this information was useless, yet
some of you want to disagree with the people passing meds and on the front
line. Let's get on with teaching this re-cert and making the people whose
lives we have entrusted with safer.
