Instructors, we are receiving incomplete validation forms with the
location, time, and type of training. Also, even if you have a full
class for trainings, we still need a notification form before the class
packet comes in please. Many of you are not putting the cost of the
class down for the public, add this to your notification form. The
skills sheets for PSS are coming unsigned or dated by the instructor.
The CRMAs or the instructors are forgetting to sign the medication
skills checklist for the recert or the 40 hour class paperwork. This is
holding up some paperwork.
Certificates are currently being mailed immediately but keying to the
web will be behind for certificates as we only have two clerks out of
four presently. Any concerns regarding missing CRMA/PSS certificates
should be brought to Kim Keezer's attention at 287-9257 or email her at
Kimberly.keezer@maine.gov.
